Purdue's Spring Fling.... Bug Bowl

We spent most of the day Saturday at Purdue's Large Animal Hospital. Both Blake and Makayla are in Vet Science for4H. We meet at the Large Animal Hospital for Pizza, we tried to get in to the Horse treadmill demo but it was full. The horse treadmill it supposed to be one of the best in the country. We walked around and got some goodies. We got free bags and Makayla and I got matching T Shirts. We thought these were way cool! They had several labs up for adoption. The students that are graduating put their labs up for adoption. We fell in love with a 7 year old black lab, she was such a sweetie! We thought Rosco needed a girlfriend! LOL. The girl who was graduating talked to Makayla ( she wants to be a vet so bad!) She told her not to give up if she is not accepted right away. This girl was 30 and was old compared to others graduating. She had been rejected and got her vet tech first. This gave Makayla hope. It is had to get into Purdue's vet school but I think Makayla is very determined!
